Specialty papers called heat transfer paper prints designs onto shirts or other apparel by heating them. The procedure involves printing a image onto a piece of thermal transfer paper by using laser or inkjet printers. After that, you put the printed sheet onto the T-shirt, and press it using a heat press. Sublimation is a lot like thermal transfer. The process of sublimation involves the printing of designs on an item or special material (sublimation paper) and then pressing it onto clothes using heat presses. What’s the difference?
